The Acting President of ARCS, Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, along with Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, convened a high-level meeting with Ms. Katharina Ritz, ICRC Head of Delegation in Afghanistan, and accompanying delegation at ARCS headquarters in Kabul.

The discussion focused on strengthening humanitarian collaboration, enhancing coordination in joint initiatives, and expanding assistance to vulnerable families across the country.

Mr. Delawar expressed deep appreciation for the ICRC’s continued support and humanitarian efforts, describing its contributions as vital for impoverished and headless households. He also called for sustained collaboration and reaffirmed ARCS’s commitment to ensuring that international aid reaches those in need with full transparency.
